Co-founder & Lead Instructor

The heart and soul of Norsk Hub!
As our co-founder, lead instructor (and eternal motivator), Kajsa believes that learning Norwegian should feel more like a genuine invitation to learning and less like a test of endurance. She has a knack for making language lessons fun, accessible, and full of practical tips you can start using from day one.

Whether she’s guiding you through a tricky pronunciation, sharing her favorite Norwegian recipes, or just reminding you that you absolutely can do this, Kajsa is all about helping you feel at home in your new community. She’s your teacher, cheerleader, and friendly guide all rolled into one—and she can’t wait to be a part of your journey toward speaking Norwegian with confidence.

Meet Arzy

Co-founder & Obstacle-Solver

Born in India and now living in Norway with his wife, Kajsa, and their children, Arzy’s journey is the spark that ignited our mission. From navigating a new language to juggling family life and work, he knows firsthand the triumphs (and trials!) of starting over in a new country.

It’s Arzy’s big-picture vision and boundless imagination that fuel our evolving programs—always pushing us to find innovative, more inclusive ways to connect with learners. He believes language isn’t just about words; it’s about community, belonging, and creating a sense of home no matter where you come from.

Arzy’s story is living proof that with the right support, anyone can dream big and make it happen—and he’s committed to helping you do just that.

Meet Hanne

Digital VA & Creative Mastermind

The creative force behind Norsk Hub’s social media, design, and back-end magic. As our digital VA, Hanne is the one who turns daydreams into to-do lists and ideas into reality—whether that means editing eye-catching visuals, testing the courses, or ensuring you get the resources you need, exactly when you need them.

She is originally from Norway but currently living in India, Hanne can relate to the highs and lows of adapting to a new culture, picking up a new language, and creating a sense of belonging. Her firsthand experience of building a life abroad fuels her passion for creating inclusive, supportive digital spaces.

💛 Our Story – From Arzy

Moving from Australia to Norway, and starting over (again)

When I moved to Norway, I wasn’t just moving to a new country — I was starting over. Again.

I had already left India and built a life in Australia. I had a career I was proud of, experience in finance and business development, and a role where I felt confident.
Then we moved to Norway.

I thought I’d step into a similar role — something that matched my background.
But the job offers didn’t come.
I applied. I waited.
I got silence.

It was frustrating and humbling. I had to start from the bottom again.
I went back to teaching tennis to make ends meet while slowly trying to find my way back into the business world.
It took time. It took tears, effort, and so much patience.

And my wife — she saw it all. She’s Norwegian, and even though she’s from here, she knew exactly how hard it was to feel like you belong, especially when everything is unfamiliar.
She had her own struggles finding a job after returning home.
She saw how broken the system can feel.
And she decided to do something about it.

That’s how Norsk Hub was born.

This isn’t just a course platform. It’s not just vocabulary and grammar.
It’s a place where people can feel supported — with lessons, yes, but also encouragement, feedback, and real-life help.

We created this together because we know what it’s like to feel stuck, lost, and tired of trying.
And we know what it feels like to finally make progress.
