This week’s topic is all about what you enjoy in your free time — whether that’s reading a book, watching a series, listening to music or podcasts, or simply relaxing.
It’s a great way to practice speaking freely, share your favorite things, and maybe even get some new recommendations!
You can prepare by thinking about:

Moving to a new country can be tough — but this week, we’ll keep the conversation light and energising.

What’s your dream trip? Where would you go — and why?
We’ll practise real travel language: how to say where you want to go, what you want to do, and what you hope to experience. It’s all about sharing ideas and practising Norwegian in a safe, fun space.

1:1 Sessions – How It Works
Each session is 60 minutes:

15 min: Life check-in – How is life in Norway?
How are you feeling? -
30 min: Norwegian conversation about real topics (job, workplace, social life)

15 min: Advice, motivation & tips for your life in Norway
