Terms and Conditions for Norsk Hub

Norsk Hub is a study assistant designed to help users learn and retain vocabulary in multiple languages through tools such as translation, flashcards, and revision-based learning.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• An account is required to access most features of Norsk Hub.
   

• You may sign up using Apple, Google, Facebook, or your email address.
   

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
   

• You may use the App across multiple personal devices.

This is your Services Page. It's a great opportunity to provide information about the services you provide. Double click on the text box to start editing your content and make sure to add all the relevant details you want to share with site visitors.

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the in-app settings. Upon deletion:

• All data you have saved (including flashcards and learning history) will be permanently removed.
   

Norsk Hub AS will process the deletion request within a reasonable timeframe.

To protect the integrity of the platform, users are not allowed to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
   

• Upload or distribute content that is false, offensive, or inappropriate
   

• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the App’s systems
   

• Share or redistribute paid content without permission
   

• Create automated accounts or bots

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms
   

• Is involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity
   

• Uses the App in a way that disrupts service for other users
   

• Abuses trials, subscriptions, or login systems

• Norsk Hub is currently free to use.
   

• Paid monthly and annual subscriptions will be introduced starting Q4 2025, with a 30-day free trial.
   

• Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes to pricing.
   

• Subscriptions will auto-renew by default unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
   

• You may cancel at any time through your Apple account settings.
   

• Norsk Hub does not issue refunds for cancellations. Access remains available until the end of the billing period.

You may create and save flashcards using translation tools or manual input.

• Norsk Hub and the user jointly retain rights to such content.
   

• Users may reuse or export their flashcards for personal learning purposes, but resale or distribution of this content is not permitted without written consent.
   

All platform-generated materials, translations, and tools are the intellectual property of Norsk Hub AS.

We strive to provide uninterrupted access, but:

• There may be occasional downtime for maintenance.
   

• We rely on third-party infrastructure such as Azure, MongoDB, Azure OpenAI, and speech services, which may affect performance.
   

Norsk Hub is not liable for any loss due to service interruptions.

Norsk Hub AS is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of third-party translation or AI-generated responses
   

• Learning outcomes, educational progress, or certification
   

Any damages resulting from misuse of the app or loss of data
Use of the app is at your own risk.

By using the App, you agree to receive:

• Push notifications for learning, reminders, and product updates
   

Promotional offers or announcements (which you may opt out of in settings)
We respect your communication preferences and privacy choices.

Norsk Hub AS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms:

• Updates may reflect new features, pricing, or regulatory requirements
   

• You will be notified of material changes via the app or email
   

• Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.

They apply globally, unless local laws require otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate courts of Norway.

By using the App, you also agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
